On June 11, 2025, over 150 RE/MAX brokers, owners, and associates came together in person at Apartment 1B Café x Elias Brewery in BGC, with an additional 60 attendees joining live via Zoom from across the country, for a powerful hybrid event—Level-Up Day 2025.
This milestone event marked the official launch of the evolved RE/MAX brand logo and new campaign, reinforcing our network’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and unity as we grow in an increasingly competitive market.
Miguel Naval, Country Manager of RE/MAX Philippines, opened the afternoon with a keynote message that laid out the company’s vision and direction, underscoring the importance of consistency, collaboration, and professional service in everything we do.
Key updates were also revealed for our digital platforms. The rollout of Phase 4 and Phase 5 of the RE/MAX MLS and HOME platforms introduced major improvements—including AI-powered property search and user experience upgrades—all designed to make listing management more intuitive, efficient, and secure. The announcement reflected our long-term commitment to building a trusted, verified listing database to support cooperation and transparency across the network.
One of the most anticipated parts of the event was the debut of the Momentum Masterclass: Panel Edition—a new training format that brings top-performing brokers together for open conversations on real-world topics. Moderated by JM Figurasin, Business Development Head of RE/MAX Philippines, the panel focused on one of the most critical challenges in real estate today: how to consistently secure Authority to Sell (ATS) and Authority to Lease (ATL) agreements.
The panel featured:
• Monica Dy, REMAX Unlimited
• Brad Zafe, REMAX 8
• Eddie Santos, REMAX Regent and REMAX Philippines
Together, they broke down the nuances, techniques, and discipline required to win and retain listings—sharing the realities, struggles, and solutions they’ve developed through experience. The session encouraged brokers and agents alike to sharpen their approach and lean on the power of the RE/MAX brand and systems.
Also present at the event was Liz Duenas, President of RE/MAX Philippines, who reaffirmed the leadership’s support for agent development and highlighted how far the network has come in building a strong and professional real estate community.
The evening wrapped up with food, drinks, and fellowship—reminding everyone that RE/MAX is not just a platform or a brand, but a people-powered network built on trust, support, and shared success.
Level-Up Day 2025 wasn’t just a launch; it was a leap forward!
