As part of the RE/MAX Philippines Level Up Day, the network launched its first ever Momentum Masterclass Panel Edition. This new learning format is designed to spotlight best practices from top performing leaders and agents in the field. The inaugural session, titled “Listing with Confidence: A Panel Discussion on ATS, Exclusivity, and Best Practice,” brought together some of the network’s most experienced voices in a powerful discussion on one of the profession’s most critical yet challenging topics.
The panel was moderated by JM Figurasin, Business Development Head of RE/MAX Philippines, and featured Brad Zafe of RE/MAX 8, Eddie Santos of RE/MAX Regent, and Monica Dy of RE/MAX Unlimited. All three shared practical insights and strategies around securing Authority to Sell (ATS), gaining exclusivity, and positioning listings for success.
The panel tackled key issues faced by many real estate professionals across the country. Among them were:
• The challenge of clients who are hesitant or unwilling to sign an ATS, and how this uncertainty can subtly affect an agent’s confidence when marketing a property.
• The importance of setting clear expectations with clients from the beginning, especially when documentation is lacking or delayed.
• The psychological and operational risks that arise when listings are handled without proper authorization.
• And most importantly, how securing an ATS is not just about the document itself. It is about using the right techniques, educating clients, and building trust.
The panelists emphasized that listing with confidence begins with professionalism and preparation. With the right approach grounded in clarity, consistency, and client education, RE/MAX associates can successfully secure exclusive listings and build stronger client relationships.
This Momentum Masterclass Panel marks the beginning of a new series of collaborative knowledge sharing sessions within the RE/MAX network. It encourages open discussion and continuous learning among professionals across the country.
